I'm teetering between a 2 and 3 star rating.
Cultures offers the same kind of ("fresh", healthy, vegetarian) fare as Fresh on Bloor and Urban Herbivore, but doesn't do it nearly as well. Probably because Cultures is more of a chain establishment and Fresh and Urban are more specialty Toronto places.
For this reason, though, Cultures is still a 3 because when choosing between it and say Taco Bell or Tim Hortons in a cafeteria setting, I'd be glad to have Cultures there. -

Food is good and healthy. Not heavy on flavouring, seasoning or artificial stuff. It's just plain good healthy food! And they gave me free bottled water too! It's a bit pricey tho but hey... Natural food has always been more pricey than processed food. I wish it was the other way around tho so everyone will make healthier choices.

Cultures coffee is gross! There's like a sour taste to it. Even after putting sugar in!
